3. Payment: Payment terms will be specified in a separate agreement or proposal. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the agreement.

4. Intellectual Property: Copyright of all photographs and images produced by Falcon Eye Photography & Imaging Solutions remains the property of Falcon Eye Photography & Imaging Solutions unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use the images as defined in their respective agreements. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Liability: Falcon Eye Photography & Imaging Solutions will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of Services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

6. Confidentiality: Falcon Eye Photography & Imaging Solutions will maintain the confidentiality of any client information obtained during the course of providing Services.

7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, Falcon Eye Photography & Imaging Solutions will provide a reasonable opportunity for the client to retrieve their materials.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai.

9. Modifications: Falcon Eye Photography & Imaging Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
